President Muhammadu Buhari is today hosting an Extraordinary Summit of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Authority of Heads of State and Government in Abuja, the Nigerian capital.
This was revealed by Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) Garba Shehu, yesterday, in Abuja.
According to him, “The main item on the agenda of the summit is the current political situation in Burkina Faso,”News Expressreports Burkina Faso has been in turmoil since the Presidential Guard recently launched a coup, sacking the Civilian Transition Authority and installing a retired army general in power.
