The prosecutor said that the accused also robbed one Nasiru Rasaki, an inspector of police, of his official riffle.
The accused was also alleged to have disposed another police officer, Abdullahi Olokooba, of his AK47 with 30 rounds of live ammunition, during the attack.
Adekunle said the accused was in possession of guns, cutlasses, charms and axes.
He said the offences contravened Sections1 (1), 1(1)(2)(a)(b), 3(1) and 8(1) of the Robbery and Fire arms (Special Provision) Act, Cap R11 Vol. 14 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
