20 ships expected in Lagos ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has said that 20 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive the Lagos ports from Aug. 3 to Aug. 23.

This is contained in NPA’s daily publication - `Shipping Position’ - made available to newsmen in Lagos on Monday.

It stated that the ships were expected to arrive with containers, rice, buckwheat, palmolein, petrol and gas.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that 10 other ships had arrived at the ports with petrol, diesel, aviation fuel and base oil, waiting to berth. (NAN)
