Highly controversial British-Nigerian singer and songwriter, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, professionally known as Naira Marley, has proposed that Nigeria be sold and proceeds from the sales shared.

The 30 years old “Am I A Yahoo Boy” sensation born in Lagos State posted a video clip on his Instagram page during the week as part of his ongoing promotion of his latest song, “First Time In America” from the album, GTTB (God’s Timing is The Best).

He wrote in part: “...Anyways let’s sell Nigeria and share the money. Who’s down? Oh sorry dem don sell Nigeria already apparently.”

The president of his controversial fan base, “Marlians” however said it without making reference to anyone or group of people who has/have sold the country, to who and for how much.
