The National Coordinator of the People’s Democratic Party Youth Alliance (PDPYA), Dr. Charles Omini has alleged that some persons in the presidency have perfected plans to rig the forthcoming Anambra State governorship election in favour of the All Progressives Congress.
Omini in a statement issued on Monday advised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not to be swayed by powers of the ruling party but must remain resolute to conduct a free and fair election.
He also called on President Muhammadu Buhari to admit his failure and incapacity to curb insecurity and worsening economic crisis in the country.
He revealed that some persons in the Presidency have perfected plans to rig the November gubernatorial election in Anambra State in favor of the All Progressive Congress APC.
He called on the good people of Anambra State to vote, protect their votes and make sure the votes count. (Daily Independent)
