Buhari lists conditions for appointment as ministers

President Muhammadu Buhari has listed conditions to be met by those wishing to be appointed ministers in his cabinet.

He said today in Abuja that only patriotic, decent and experienced Nigerians would be appointed as ministers in his government.

Buhari, who assumed office on May 29, has been under fire for failing to appoint ministers. He has disclosed that he is not in a hurry to do so, asking Nigerians to wait till September to know those he intends to work with.

News Express reports that this is the longest any Nigerian ruler has taken to assemble his cabinet.
