Nollywood actress, screenwriter and film producer, Ruth Kadiri, has recounted how she laboured for 22 hours in the labour room trying to give birth to a baby.

The 33 years old Edo State-bornMass Communication graduate from the University of Lagos said this on Wednesday when her baby was two years old.

To emphasise this, she posted a picture Wednesday night showing her with pregnancy, laying on a hospital bed and being attended to by a white nurse.

She said: “Can’t keep calm. My daughter will be two tomorrow. At this time two years ago, I was already in labour. And was in labour for 22 hours. Wheeeeeew. Story for another day. Dear reign. So you know you are the best thing that ever happened to us.”

Ruth got married to Ezerika in November 2018. They had a secret traditional and white wedding. Due to some unknown reasons, she has continued to keep the identity of her husband secret, even hiding his second name from the public.

Despite her failure to openly have a man, the actress put to bed on August 26, 2019.
