Popular singer, songwriter, and record producer, Augustine Miles Kelechi, professionally known as Tekno, was on Monday mocked by many of his fans for exhibiting what they called fake foreign accent.
Slim daddy or Alhaji Tekno, as he is fondly called by friends and colleagues, posted a video on the social media, narrating why he recently relocated abroad.
The 28 years old performer who hails from Ivo Local Government Area in Ebonyi State but born in Bauchi State, explained that he left the country to settle in the United States of America becausethere are plans to change the name from Nigeria to UAR.
But several fans mocked him for the foreign accent he used, referring to it as fake.
