INEC official carrying bag with electoral material
The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, through its secretary, Rose Oriarian-Anthony, has announced that the 2022 governorship election in Osun State will take place on July 16, 2022.
The electoral body made this known when it rolled out a timetable dated June 10, 2021.
The timetable outlined the schedule of activities in the build up to the election starting from the publishing of the Notice of Election billed to take place on February 1, 2022.
