On Thursday, a fan made a post on the social media complaining that the two popular actors, Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme, both of the Aki and Paw Paw fame, have not appeared in fresh movies except the old ones which have been repeated over and over again.

The poster suggested the two actors come up with something new.

“Osita Iheme (Paw Paw), Chinedu Ikedieze (Aki), How far Edu? Just over here soloquising. I just dey see Dm and old films everywhere. Guess it's time to answer the call of nature and drop something. How you see am?” he said in the post on Twitter which he tagged “Paw Paw”.

Osita forwarded the post to Ikedieze who promptly reposted it rather humourously on his Instagram page saying:

“@ositaiheme. This will be interesting ooo. Should we give them a movie or series?”

Referring to their fans, he asked,

“Guys what do you think? Should we give you a movie or tv series? What should we call it?”

Instantly, more than 28,000 followers on Instagram joined the protest, demanding the duo to come up with a new production promptly, be it a television series or a movie. Interestingly some of their colleagues namely Alex Ekubo, Patience Ozorkwo and others joined in the demand of the fans.
