Scintillating singer and actress, Tiwa Savage
Singer, songwriter and actress, Tiwatope Savage, professionally known as Tiwa Savage, has been named as Nigeria’s Queen of Afrobeats.
The pronouncement came from Allure Magazine which has the mother of one and former wife of Tunji Balogun grace the cover of this month’s edition of the magazine with the screaming headline, “Nigeria’s Queen of Afrobeats”.
Allure prides itself as “The beauty expert”. It is an American women's magazine focused on beauty, published monthly by Condé Nast in New York City.
It was founded in 1991. A signature of the magazine is its annual Best of Beauty awards – accolades given in the October issue to beauty products deemed the best byAllure’s staff.
The 41-year-old Lagos State-born University of Kent graduate could not hold back her excitement as she posted the magazine’s cover on her social media handles on Thursday while exclaiming:
