2Baba and Burna Boy
Foremost Nigerian singer, musician, songwriter, record producer and activist, Innocent Ujah Idibia, professionally known as Tuface Idibia and now 2Baba, has formally reacted to the Grammy award won by Burna Boy.
The 45-year-old Benue State indigene who is one of the most decorated and successful Afro pop artists in Africa spoke on Thursday concerning the award.
According to the first winner of MTV Europe Best African Act Award in 2015, the feat was like a dream before, but it has become reality that Burna Boy has made history.
“History made. It was all a dream. Now it’s reality. @burnaboygram,” 2Baba said on his Instagram page with a picture of the prestigious plaque.
