Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) was in his elements on Sunday, March 14, 2021.

That was the day celebrated internationally as Mother’s Day. But to the 45 years old Ilorin, Kwara State-born controversial preacher, it was more than Mother’s Day.

PB, as he is fondly called by his admirers, chose to give double celebration to his mother as she clocked 77. And he did so right inside his church's auditorium in Abuja with full participation of his church members.

One of his members eulogised Fatoyinbo’s mother, who was personally in attendance, thus:

“Happy birthday mom!

“Thank you for birthing this phenomenon we call ‘PB’.

“We love and celebrate you. Greater glory mom!”

In a post on his Instagram page later that day, the father of four pastor whose appearance has been the subject of many public conversations earning him the nickname “Gucci Pastor” capped it when he wrote:

“Such an interesting evening we had with the ‘Birthday Girl’, my ever adorable Mum at 77. Nothing beats family time. The time out was full of love, joy, happiness, laughter and fun all the way. I love that you are so happy on your special day and we all are a part of it. Love you and Happy Birthday, Mum!”

Earlier that day, in another post, the glamorous preacher who in June 2019 was accused of sexual assault by Busola Dakolo the wife of musician Timi Dakolo, wrote:

“Dear Mom, it’s your birthday today and I am so elated to celebrate you. I can never wish for another mother because you are the best. Thank you for being a loving mother to Dele & I and an adorable grandmother to our kids. You are a rare gem of inestimable worth. I pray for you that as your days increase so shall your strength also. Enjoy every moment of your day because you more than deserve it. I love you mom and happy birthday Ma.”
