Zlatan Ibile and DJ Cuppy
If reports making the rounds are anything to go by, it means the cold war between versatile disc jockey and producer, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola popularly known as DJ Cuppy, and popular singer, songwriter and producer, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, professionally known as Zlatan Ibile, is far from over.
Posing on Thursday with her pink hairdo, pink handbag, pink half jacket which she held in her hand, and standing in front of her pink Ferrari recently bought for her by her billionaire father, the 28-year-old daughter of a billionaire businessman father, Femi Otedola, said:
“Why would I hop on some beef why I can hop in my Ferrari?”
But who is beefing her?
Some busy bodies have already concluded that she must have referred to the founder of Zanku Records and creator of the popular ZANKU dance steps.
Recall that the two hitherto recording partners have been having issues recently.
After doing a collabo of her hit song “Gelato”, Cuppy reportedly took the 26 years old entertainer to Abuja on a fundraising spree.
The event was said to have yielded not less than N5.1billion.
But Zlatan confided in his close friends that Cuppy didn't give him a dime, not even transport fare, accommodation and feeding in Abuja.
On his return to Lagos, Zlatan denied in an interview ever knowing anyone by name DJ Cuppy, that the name even confused him with that of actress Cossy.
At the same time, Cuppy complained that Zlatan had blocked her from his social media handles, and wondered why he would do so.
Now, it is beefing time. The war rages on.
