Don Jazzy and Laycon
BBNaija Lockdown edition winner Olamilekan Agbeleshie, popularly known as Laycon and foremost record producer, singer, songwriter, Michael Collins Ajereh, better known as Don Jazzy or Don Baba J, are into a big deal.
The 26-year-old singer, rapper and graduate of Philosophy from the University of Lagos on Saturday paid a visit to Don Jazzy’s Marvin Studios.
Though the details of the visit was not disclosed by the twosome, those in the know say the visit couldn’t have been funfair, there’s a mouth-watering business underneath.
And what other business could that be in a music recording studio other than a recording deal?
Don Jazzy posted a video clip of their meeting inside the studios that evening.
In the said video, Laycon, a Lagos born entertainer, prostrated flat when he was ushered into the hi-tech studio to meet Don Baba J.
Don Jazzy later said:
"Leader of the revival @ladipoe brought the leader of the icons, super talented @itslaycon to the Mavin Studio yesterday. Good to meet you bro."
And Laycon on his own part said:
"Blessed to meet the Don. What a moment it was for me. Thank you so much legend."
The two entertainment stars later embraced but no communique, no press statement, no pronouncement by either party at the end of the day.
