Omotola and Captain Matthew Ekeinde
Nigeria’s screen goddess, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde during the week made her pilot husband's heart skip a bit.
A popular master of ceremony and theatre critic, Aruey Igho had posted on his Instagram page the experience he had while flying some time ago with the Nollywood star’s husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde.
As soon as the 42-year-old Ondo State-born mother of four read the post about her husband, she screamed: “Wow! Thanks, will show him”.
And pronto, she forwarded the said message.
The message read: “This man here is Professor Captain Matthew Ekeinde and this post is to appreciate him and his crew.
“For the first time in over a decade of flying within the Nigerian air space, I was privileged to fly in a hopper captained by the famous Captain Matthew Ekeinde.
“Please note that he is a Professor in his industry. Professor Captain Ekeinde was a vibe. He made flying seem like rice and beans. He thrilled us with lovely jams that made us relax and “calm down”.
“We were just calming down all through the flight.
“When he decided to address us midair, it was something else. He was audible and poised in his address. His voice was both Nigerian and International. He spoke from the heart. Everybody was paying attention because it was not like the crammed, inaudible and uninteresting noise I dey hear before.
“That experience demonstrated to me that experience cannot be bought in the stock exchange. It is acquired through regular practice and feedback.
“Thank you sir.

And the man literally fainted out of excessive excitement.
