Nollywood star Tonto Dike
Wednesday, September 9, 2020, was not the best of days for Tonto Charity Dike.
The 35 years old actress, singer and songwriter revealed that she was all tears throughout the day just as she suffered mood swings.
The Nollywood star who is also known as Poko, Tontolet, Mama King and King Tonto declared that Wednesday was the worst day in her life.
“I have had the worst day today with my mood, I did it all to be on check.
“I was so happy but crying un controllably. I prayed, I listened to the Holy Spirit, I followed His instructions.
“I made people happy while I was super unstable today.
“I was so dedicated to making people smile because I so desperately wanted to be me Today,” she intoned in a post on her Instagram page.
Disclosing the cause of her unhappiness, the mother of one and graduate of Petrochemical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology wrote: “Well I only just remembered that today, almost 33 years ago, I lost my mum on this same day. Hence, the unstable mood.”
Continuing, the Obio-Akpor, Rivers State-born ex-wife of Oladunni Churchill wrote under the picture of her late mother: “Indeed, blood is thicker than water. I’m glad she led me to do some good today. RIP mummy. I will always love you.”
