Sir Oweikonu John, chairman and secretary respectively, “Consequent upon the above payments and other achievements by your administration which has metamorphoses to the relative peace and industrial harmony in the councils, the leadership of our great union (NULGE) has resolved to officially appreciate you with a plague for a job well done.”
