Suspected Boko Haram terriorists have reportedly abducted 12 females in Mussa district, Askira-Uba Local Government area of Borno State.

Our correspondent gathered that the females were abducted while returning from their farmlands around 5pm on Saturday.

Confirming the incident to PUNCH Online in a telephone interview on Sunday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Nahum Daso, said the command has launched an Investigation into the issue.

He said, ?There was an abduction yesterday in Askira-Uba.
