Gov Douye Diri of Bayelsa has been described as a leader with an infinitive and creative mind for human capital and infrastructural development of the state.

Paramount Ruler of Ogboinbiri Community in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area,His Royal Highness Okosughe Benson Eseimokumo, Ogboin XII stated this while exchanging views with journalists in Yenagoathe Bayelsa State capital at the weekend.

The Paramount Ruler commended Diri on his landmark achievements particularly in the areas of infrastructural development, building of new schools as well as the renovation of existing, prompt payment of salaries and gratuities to civil servants, security, roads construction across communities in the three Senatorial Districts of the state and the running of an all-inclusive governance in the state.

The monarch said when completed, the Senatorial Roads will attract critical investors and reduce the current rural -urban migration, crime,inter and intra-communal crisis and pave way for unhindered development..

He commended the cordial relationship between the governor and his deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo and the governor's award of the Oporoma -Ondewari road,the Angiama -Eniwari road, stating that Bayelsa had never had it this good since its creation in 1996.

Eseimokumo called on the people of Bayelsa State, particularly Ogboinbiri people to rally round the Prosperity administration headed by Governor Douye Diri to attract more democratic dividends to Bayelsa State.

He appealed to the governor to consider and award a contract for the construction of the Amassoma -Ebeni-Ogboinbiri road where no bridge is required except the Isampou canal which will require a culvert that is less than 30 meters.

He prayed to God to grant the governor and his deputy good health and the required capacity to finish strong .

Eseimokumo called on the people of Bayelsa State to rally round the Prosperity administration to enable the Diri-led government embark on more people-oriented projects across communities in the state.
