The portal was very slow, coupled with the fact that the Local government and educational qualification columns, which were not loading. The NCS should look into this and reopen the site for at least a period of a week to enable others try their luck.

British relationships with there colonies are mostly exploitative. The relationships are master-servant relationships which I think shouldn't be.
