The question of constitutionality of suspending the state executive and the legislative structures is yet to be resolved. Yes, the President may impose emergence regime is not in question but can he dismantle the the executive and legislative arms? Posterity will certainly judge the NASS harshly.

The recommendations for meditation is a welcome development of the political crisis in Rivers State is a welcome development. I wholeheartedly support senate for that recommendation.
