This Government has spent a few Billions of Dollars, to rehabilitate the PH and Kaduna Refineries. This Government also did a lot of fanfare last December, commissioning the PH Refinery and showed Video of black sooth coming out of it, to prove to the world that it has started producing again. Was all that not "a SCAM", going by the content of this suite? Does it not mean that the TAM on these Refineries was just a corrupt operation to loot and defraud Nigerians of billions of dollars? Is the DSS, EFCC, NFIU, etc sleeping while these monumental heist was taking place under this Emi'lokan Govt? Corruption is killing our Country

Post your comment May GOD help all nigerian retirees be alive to collect this heavy promise and signed by the president here. If not mercy of GOD most would have gone .as i text many of my co-workers have died due poor CPS SCHEME. We pray for actions and speed. Iam a retiree on grade 14 step 12 at retirement but shame can not make say my montly pension here very low amt and shameful after 35 years to my father and mother land. It is a pity.

How does the government charge tenement rate on a private estate where the developer/owner has already provided infrastructure. And how did AMAC arrived at the Amount Rateable? Were assessments carried out on each property within the estate?
