This Government also did a lot of fanfare last December, commissioning the PH Refinery and showed Video of black sooth coming out of it, to prove to the world that it has started producing again. Was all that not "a SCAM", going by the content of this suite? Does it not mean that the TAM on these Refineries was just a corrupt operation to loot and defraud Nigerians of billions of dollars?
