COVID-19 THE COSTLY, ILLEGAL, UNLAWFUL MISTAKES PRESIDENT MADE BUHARI i. Obviously as a clear message to the Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo of relationship gone sour and or stale, President Muhammadu Buhari signed 4 November 2019 in London United Kingdom, a bill that amended the Deep Offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contract with then Chief of Staff Abba Kyari in attendance . It is to be noted that then Chief of Staff Abba Kyari flew to London with the document prior to that date of signing by Buhari. The technical points to be noted here is the fact that the signing of the Contract document in London by Buhari is flawed and challengeable in law. This is because Buhari’s Presidential office known to the law is Aso Rock Abuja and not at all anywhere in London. Although it could be agued that Nigeria has a Diplomatic House in London which cannot in anyway assail as a replacement for Abuja Presidential Seat of power. ii. President Muhammadu Buhari remained abroad on a 20-day visit that took him first to the Saudi-Africa summit and then to the United Kingdom where he was until November 17 2019 however as required by the Constitution without handing over to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo It was unlawful and illegal for the seat of power to have been left in vacuum and unoccupied when Buhari was out of office to London. iii. It was also illegal and unconstitutional for President Buhari to have August 20 2019 instructed that “those wishing to see him including his Ministers must go through his Chief of Staff” unfortunately forgetting that the Chief of Staff office is alien to the 1999 as amended Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Now with the erudite and of International repute Diplomat Ibrahim Agboola Gambari sworn in as new Chief of Staff in replacement of late Abba Kyari, will the modus operadi remain the same i.e. all wishing to have anything to do with President Buhari must first see Agboola Gambari ? iv. Failure to take prompt, responsible, responsive and preemptive action to put at bay the threat of Corona-Virus making unquantifiable damages here in Nigeria, immediately March 21 2020 the Italian index case was loudly reported in the Media entering Lagos Nigeria. This bearing in mind that the news of the pandemic was much in the global news as early as December 2019. v. Failure to use his good offices to cause to be examined information I had passed to him and through his offices to him well and wildly published in the National Media information on “CORONAVIRUS, MALARIA SYMPTOMATIC RELATIVITY WORTH EXAMINING FOR OUR RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES, BENEFITS ” Unfortunately he was reported looking and searching round the world for product information readily available at home.` Dr. Olapade Agoro (Aladura Patriarch) Owa’ Tapa of Itapa Ijesa land, Former Presidential Candidate National Action Council (NAC)

Seeing the decision,it is obvious that justice was manifestly done. Mr Okolie purchased the SIM card in question. He even went to the extent of providing proof of the purchase. So, MTN telecom.should be questioned and it baffles that the DSS could detaining a citizen beyond 48 hours stipulated by the law, without court order! This and likely cases would continue justifying tdat no one is supreme over the law.

POLITICAL COVID 19. Some heads of developed nations moan or cried to God after irreparable losses. Woke chose to use his God-given knowledge to preempt similar disasters to the disdain of his "law abiding" detractors. Whoever is on the side of the truth? Time will tell.

I was reading Volume 3 of the controversial book and felt it would be reasonable to ask Mr Olusegun himself why he apologized to Baba. He was kind enough to direct me to this piece and all I can say is that I am really happy with this clarification. Truly elated as this goes on to put things in proper perspective again. Thanks for this. The Lord Jesus is with you. Cheers.

This Suraju and his HEDA are acting like a bunch of illiterates. First, he doesn’t understand the difference between a vaccine and a drug (referred to as therapeutics). He is also alleging that they want to pilot the thing through Nigeria as if dozens of other countries (about 87 according to WHO) are already involved. Furthermore, he is alleging that the WHO is introducing the trials into Nigeria when his two big eyes can read that NIGERIA SHOWED INTEREST in participating in the trials. Some of those drugs are already being used to manage those with COVID-19 in the country and NAFDAC is already working on them. We don’t want to participate in trials but we want to benefit from the drugs when they are finally approved. Let him go to court and see how his stupid suit will be thrown out of the window.

The judgment of the Supreme Court in the criminal trial of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is sound and logical. The President of the Court of Appeal should not be blamed for issuing the fiat. But the problem is that the fiat conflicts with the Constitution with respect to who should preside at trials at the High Court. The Constitution provides that only High Court Judges. Rhetorically, the question may be asked, " which title would the jurist append to his name when signing the judgment?". Justice of Court of Appeal (JCA) , or Judge of the High Court (J) ? But it is important that criminal trials are dispensed expeditiously. So, we need to amend the law to stop cases from starting afresh (de novo) when trials have advanced. This will serve a positive benefit to our criminal justice system.

If the world could not support the fight against GENOCIDE that was carried out against the people of Eastern part of the land why being mischievous now? Where will this lead to and of what benefit to the world if not creating market for arms industries. UNPO should busy her self with Palestine and Kurdistan.

The speaker claiming to represent ipman is an imposter and therefore can not be right person to speak on behalf of the association . He is not well informed on the issue of discussion and have mislead the public. The federal government have announced the reduction of pump price of PMS from 125 to 105 per a liter. The independent marketers association PRESIDEN Engr sansusi fari have pleaded with PPMC to give marketers time to dispense their old stock to enable them cushion the Hugh cost of reduction. The Hugh finiancial lost of marketers during the first reduction is still shrinking the capital base of marketers. I would humbly advise the reporter to investigate person and their position before posting their comments on social media . Alhaji Abubakar is not the Ipman national deputy president of ipman in line with the judgement of supreme on the 14th of Dec that affirms the 1997 constitution Ukadike chinedu Ipman national PRO 08022756666
