It is against this backdrop that it becomes pertinent to chart a course towards redress. But the termination of such may end as soon as it begins when appeal for spport is not sought from the governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as individuals who value enough the body of Nigerian pilots that is a of pride to my brother as an aeronautic engineer. Like the saying goes,” Justice delayed is justice denied”, this matter has lingered for over 3 years now. Sincerely, if this not miscarriage of justice, then nothing could. On this note, I wish to appeal with the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, The CJN, The Presidency, The Nigerian Senate, The Nigerian Pilots Association and well-meaning Nigerians to intervene in the matter to salvage my brother Capt.
