So, this has also affected Union Bank? I had a similar experience two weeks ago with my UBA account, i suddenly saw series of 4 withdrawals from Web purchases which i never initiated nor authorized. Lucky for me the total amount involved did not exceed N4000. I have to clear out the balance on that account to another bank account. When i reported the issue to the bank, the only thing they did was to freeze my account and cancel my ATM and asked me to pay for another ATM. This is wrong, because the perpetrators of the act are the bank employees themselves. Banks should scrutinize their card control staff very well.
