Nigeria education system is sliding to its abysmal low. I see and know a lot of PhD holders who can't communicate effectively in English owing to lack of adequate communication skills. They speak and write poor English, verb- tense diagreements right before the students they are teaching. When one confronts them, they tell you they have PhD and therefore they know it more than you who doesn't have that terminal degree. This is rather unfortunate. Teacher don't teach me nonsense according to Fela . Bob Marley said he would have been a fool if he went to school. All seem to be playing out .

I can see financial implications here, that should not be the reason because Nigeria have more than enough but misappropriation is the cause of that implications, again , they should be promoted if they are due and deserve it ,if not we can not expect optimum performance from and officers with dampened spirit, beside , most of the hierarchy of police are getting their promotion when they are due for it without talking about financial implications.

Building will continue to collapse in Lagos because those regulatory agencies who supposed to monitor the construction activities are operating as revenue agencies while staffs in those agencies also turn their services to pay & construct any time. Is there no Lagos State building control agency office in Shomolu or Lagos State materials testing Unit? What has happened to those staffs covered those areas where buildings collapsed in the past?When rules are selective never expect building not to collapse.
