Imagine stopping the flow of traffic until they pass, imagine using sirens ( which is against the law in Nigeria as they are not governors not the president but mere civilians who are internationals) harassing motorists. Their base in zaria speaks volumes as whenever they are driving out, they use the sirens and point guns to innocent civilians.
