What the governor would have been doing is finding a way to salvage his people from poverty and security risks. The governor didn't know that he would meet resistance by the court of law. Rule of law must be respected. No governor has absolute power and cannot have it. It's a shameful thing to start a war you cannot finish or win. Look at Kano state now!!!</p>
