It is no news that the German Bundelisga has resumed action after a long emergency break caused by the Covid-19 pandemic that destroyed all activities and the whole world was on lockdown.

Football is a global business and pundits, fans, club-owners and every football stakeholders were overwhelmed as the German Bundesliga returned to action to incite and entertain football lovers worldwide.

Germany is the boldest country on earth right now for taking a bold step bringing football back to action as the world was bored without the regular weekend fixtures from leagues around the world or the midweekly UEFA matches that we couldn’t see no more at match venues and also on TV.

Germany conquered the coronavirus first by resuming their domestic league, we initially saw the traits around mid-April when Bayern Munich returned to training, and other clubs followed Bayern Munich. On the May 16, 2020, the German Bundesliga returned to full action. Whether the resumption is temporal or not is what we do not know. Yet, as the country recorded new cases of coronavirus on the 17th of May, total coronavirus cases now stands at 176,639 and 8,028 deaths. (Source: worldometers.info.)

Football is a serious business and, no doubt, most cub-owners and all football governing bodies have recorded huge losses in the past couple of months since the pandemic broke out. Hopefully, all other leagues around the world, most especially the top 5 leagues from the EPL, the Serie A, La Liga, and the French League, can take a bold step too and feed the fans the entertainment we never had for about three months now.
