Afrikanwatch Network 2020 puts its annual lecture/award on hold

Afrikanwatch Network has announced the suspension of its annual lecture, award and conferment. This was disclosed via a statement signed by the Head of News and Strategy, Daniel Njienue.

The statement reads: “Afrikanwatch Network 2020 Annual Lecture, Award and Conferment, under the Chairmanship of, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, has been put on hold pending the determination of the coronavirus ravaging the world with thousands already dead. To this effect, a new date will be fixed when all things have normalised. All awardees and those for Conferment should take note. The earlier April 25 is no longer feasible for the event.”
