When the Coronavirus pandemic broke out in Wuhan, China, all of a sudden, it threw the world into a tragic and traumatised state. Panic in the capital of Hubei province; although we slept the day it broke out, woke up the next day, read on the news it has spread out to various parts of the world. How it happened or broke out is still beyond the world and the fast-spreading of this disease cannot be over-emphasised. This current world situation felt like a Plandemic and not Pandemic, whereby the virus carriers look like they’ve been programmed or designated to spread it to focal parts of the world: from Asian countries like Thailand where it easily spread; and the most exposed country to have the Coronavirus is Thailand.
Then to Europe and North America, Africa came late to the party. Nigeria, the most populous black nation in the world recorded its first Coronavirus on February 28, 2020; brought into the country by an Italian. It has successfully spread out to over 26 African countries as at the time of writing this article. The global village is in chaos as to no substantial cure/vaccination has been found to subdue this “evil virus”. Just recently, a few American scientists, after thorough scientific analysis, concluded that the temporary use of Chloroquine can subdue the virus to some extent.
Is this a sign of the end time, just like some religious scholars would say often as the relativity can be linked and incurred from the scriptural passages of the Bible as in 2 Corinthians 5:10, which says: “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.” And also Mark 13: 32: “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Also, Revelation 3:10 says: “Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.” While Daniel 12: 1 says: “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people everyone whose name is found written in the book will be delivered.” 1 Corinthians 15: 51-53 says: “Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.” I can go on and on and on and keep quoting the scriptural passages, especially in the book of Revelation, where so much was revealed.
Well, in most developed countries, where science and technology has sunk deep into their hearts we ended up having atheists that don't believe in the Author of life, the Almighty God. Well, I don’t want to sound like a preacher but, prophetically, more people will die. It is obvious and this is not because of their numerous sins or what atrocities they've individually committed; it’s more than what the next man has also done to offend God. But, an epidemic has placed the world on standstill, and we hope the great scientists of the world at large can come up with a profound and lasting solution to tackle this. I call it a Plandemic and not Pandemic. When Vision 2020 is about to unfold an epidemic broke out.
Can we really blame United States President Donald Trump, for tagging it in one of his recent tweets: “Chinese virus”? Well, we cannot categorically blame him, except you also want to become an hypocrite blindfolded with the truth, like the Pharisees, on the biblical texts, even a toddler knows the virus; when asked, will tell you it emanated from China. Don't view this article like I’m infusing my religious fanaticism, sentimentalised fanatically on the Coronavirus outbreak.
We pray that the almighty God and Divine healer can heal the world from this evil pandemic, Amen.
