Nigerian youth advocacy group, Enough is Enough Nigeria, early on Friday, called out the National Assembly for plagiarising Singapore’s hugely controversial social media bill.
Doing a side-by-side comparison, the coalition group, pointed out the hard-to-deny similarities between both countries’ bills, with the difference between both bills being the name of the country involved many times in the document.
The National Assembly’s proposed bill, which currently is going through second reading, has been decried by many individuals and organizations. (Agency report)
