Ex- Militants schooling in the Admirality University, Ibusa, Delta State, yesterday barricaded the Asaba/Ughelli expressway in protest against the mode of payment of their N70,000 fees to the school authority by the Amnesty office.
According to The Vanguard, it took the intervention of the police and men of Department the State Security Service, DSS to clear the road and made it passable.
