For rap mogul Kanye West this is not only a season for merriment and for spending time with girlfriend Kim Kadarshian but also a time to say some words in favour of Jesus Christ.

Yesterday, the GOOD Music boss tweeted to his 185,948 followers ‏@Mr_KanyeWest: “The number of ‘followers’ you have does not make you better than anyone else. Hitler had millions, Jesus had 12.”

While Adolf Hitler’s name continues to live in infamy, Jesus Christ continues to be celebrated by billions of people around the world and is being held up as the right model by the man who has signed and vowed to make Dbanj an international star.

Kanye West is determined to use his twitter account to inspire his followers. “I’m here to inspire you,” he declares.

Below are some of the latest of Kanye’s 116,197 tweets so far:

>Seek respect, not attention. It lasts longer.

>Smile, it’s easier than explaining why you’re sad.

>I don’t talk about my problems, but they do exist.

>Never give up hope, because you never know, it could still happen...
