Kaduna State Governor Muktar Ramalan Yero has nominated Ambassador Nuhu Bajoga as deputy governor.
The state Commissioner for Information, Alhaji Saidu Adamu, disclosed this to newsmen after the governor met with principal officers of the state House of Assembly.
News Express reports that Ambassador Bajoga’s name has been forwarded to the House of Assembly for screening.
It would be recalled that Yero (seen in photo) became governor following the death of his principal, Ibrahim Yakowa, in penultimate Saturday’s helicopter crash in President Goodluck Jonathan’s home state, Bayelsa, which killed all six persons on board, including former National Security Adviser, retired Gen. Andrew Owoeye Azazi.
