Three persons have been killed and eight others injured following a violence that erupted at a birthday party in Lushi, an area near Yelwa, Bauchi State.

The Bauchi State Police Command confirmed the development to Channels Television on Monday.

Police Public Relations Officer for the state, Kamal Datti, said 76 suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident which occurred on Sunday.
