Preparations have started to mobilise one million youths from each of the 36 states of the country and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for the purpose of endorsing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Flagbearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, for the 2019 polls.

This is according to the Director of Youth Mobilization for the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation, Comrade Edede Franklyne Maduabuchi.

Maduabuchi, who spoke with News Express on Thursday, disclosed that the move is meant “to further drive and take the ‘Project Redeem Nigeria’ to the grassroots for landslide victory of the foremost Presidential Flagbearer for the forthcoming 2019 general elections in Nigeria.”

He vowed to mobilise “nothing less than 30 million PVC-compliant youths from all the nooks and crannies of the country for onward transmission of endorsement of the destined next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, within shortest possible time.”

The youth mobiliser, who is fondly called Mr. Capacity, asserted that only Atiku has the capacity to take Nigeria out of the woods. He insisted that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is “synonymous with distrust, deceit and misfortune.”

Comrade Maduabuchi took a swipe at APC and the Muhammadu Buhari administration over what he called their woeful performance, urging Nigeria youths to “vote out the anti-people rulership of Buhari and APC” come 2019.
