Ereyitomi noted that with the visit of the Oba of Benin to the palace of the Olu of Warri Kingdom after 38 years, it will reunite people of Itsekiri nation and foster peace and unity among Itsekiri and Bini as it has been for centuries.

He praised the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli, “for hosting the great Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku-Akpolokpolo, Oba of Benin, his children, notable traditional chiefs and traditional rulers.”

The Warri House of Representative hopeful praised the Warri Monarch “for always uniting his subjects and attracting development to the Kingdom since his enthronement as the 20th Olu of Warri.”

He noted that “the refined ruler-ship qualities, wisdom used in piloting the affairs of subjects by the Warri Monarch speaks volumes of the Olu of Warri, which is worthy of emulation by other traditional rulers in the state.”
