The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today, Sunday, March 25, 2018:

NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze condition is anticipated over this region

with visibility range of 1 – 3km and localised visibility of less or equal to 1000m are not unlikely over few cities during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 37 – 42℃ and 22 – 26℃ respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are anticipated in the morning hours with chances of localised thunderstorm over Bida, Ilorin, Kogi,

Jalingo, Ibi and Obudu. In the afternoon/evening period, cloudy conditions are

expected over this region. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 38℃ and 18 – 24℃ respectively.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are likely over this region in the morning hours with chances of localised thunderstorms in the afternoon/evening hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 30 – 37℃ and 22 – 26℃ respectively.
