Pastor who supplies ammunition to kidnappers and armed robbers nabbed

The Delta State Police Command has nabbed a 51-year-old man Mr Ignatius Ogboi, Pastor of Salvation Army Church, Mbiri in Ika North-East Local Government Area of the state, over an ammunition deal.

Delta State Commissioner of Police, Mr Muhammad Mustafa, while briefing journalists in Asaba, the state capital, described Pastor Ignatius Ogboi as a specialist in sponsoring kidnapping and arm robbery operations in Agbor, Umunede and environs.

Pastor Ogboi is accused of supplying ammunition to kidnappers and armed robbers to carry out their operations.

Exhibits recovered from him include a loaded English-made double barrel gun, 70 live cartridges, some prohibited drugs and an undisclosed amount of money.
