Weatherman predicts sunshine, hazy and cloudy conditions today

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today, Friday, March 2, 2018:
NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are anticipated over this region throughout the period of forecast. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 38 – 41℃ and 22 – 24℃ respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are envisaged over this region throughout the period of forecast. There are chances of isolated thunderstorms over Kogi during the afternoon/evening period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 31 – 40℃ and 24 – 28℃ respectively, except over Jos where 31℃ /18℃ day and night temperatures are expected.
SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over most parts these areas in the morning with chances of localised thunderstorms over Calabar, Port Harcourt, Eket and its environs. Later in the afternoon/evening period, there are prospects localised thunderstorms over the entire region. Places include Oshogbo, Akure, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Benin, Umuahia, Enugu, Warri, Awka, Owerri, Calabar, Port Harcourt, Eket and its environs. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 36℃ and 22 – 26℃ respectively.
