National Security Summit commences in Abuja

The National Assembly has commenced a two-day summit on security.

The summit which is taking place at the NAF Conference Center, Ahmadu Bello Way, Abuja, is aimed at providing an all-inclusive platform for finding long-term solutions to the security challenges in Nigeria.

In attendance are the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbanjo, who is representing the President; the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris; the leadership of the National Assembly and Federal lawmakers. (Channels TV)
