UNIAFRICA: Dickson, others to grace first graduation ceremony of foundation school

Bayelsa State Governor, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, is tomorrow expected to grace the first graduation ceremony for graduates of the School of Foundation Studies, University of Africa (UNIAFRICA) in Toru-Orua.
According to the Registrar, Francis Owusu-Mensah, the event will hold at the Auditorium of the university’s campus in Bulou-Orua by 10 O’clock in the morning.
Owusu-Mensah noted that the graduands will form a bulk of fresh students of the university for the 2017/2018 academic session which commences in January, 2018.
Gov. Dickson who is the visitor to the institution is expected as Special Guest of Honour and will lead other dignitaries to the historic occasion.
The National University Commission (NUC) recently gave its nod to the university for the take-off of over 20 of its pre-degree programme after they were accredited and certified okay to run.
