The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Friday, November 10, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze conditions are expected over most part of the northern cities with horizontal visibility range of 2-5 kilometres. Although localised visibility of less than or equal to 1,000 metres are likely over Katsina, Kano and its environs during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 37℃ and 15 – 24℃ respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Hazy conditions in good visibility are anticipated over most part of the region during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 36℃ and 17 – 22℃ respectively, except over Jos where 27℃ and 12℃ day and night temperatures are expected.

SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over this region during the morning hours. There are prospect of isolated thunderstorms over southern Ondo, Benin, Warri, Umuahia, Ikom, Uyo, Calabar, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt and its environs during the afternoon/evening hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 30 – 34℃ and 20 – 24℃ respectively.
