The Department of State Security Service (DSS) has finally taken the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd.), to court.

Dasuki, who has been in detention for years, was produced in an Abuja court on Wednesday morning after.

Dasuki, who is on trial for alleged misappropriation of defence funds, was previously granted jail but remains held by the DSS, which also in the past refused to produce him in court despite clear orders in that regard by the judge.
