Those seeking the recall of Senator Dino Melaye, lawmaker representing Kogi West Senatorial District, made more progress on Wednesday when they successfully delivered six bags of signatures to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja.

News Express learnt that INEC officials early this afternoon took delivery of the six bags containing the recall signatures of 52.3 percent of the electorate from the zone and other petitions.

Melaye, who has been having running battles with Governor Yahaya Bello, has been defiant, boasting that the recall bid would fail.
