The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) late Wednesday morning discharged the false asset declaration case against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
The CCT declared that there is no case by prosecution against him, adding that the evidences available are not substantial enough to continue with case.
Saraki’s trial started with much drama, and included his being humiliated by being put in the dock and grilled.
