FG partners Indian tricycle manufacturers to tackle unemployment

The Federal Government has expressed its desire to deepen partnership with India to ensure that tricycles, otherwise called ‘Keke Napep’ are locally made in Nigeria.

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige made the remarks at an event to unveil made in Nigeria tricycles in Abuja.

The Director of Procurement at the National Directorate of Employment, who represented the minister, said the partnership would help reduce the nation’s high unemployment rate.
